ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — For the fourth time this season the Bills will go up against a rookie quarterback. They fared well against Cleveland's Brandon Weeden and Miami's Ryan Tannehill in wins, while losing to Andrew Luck and the Colts.
This weeks game in Toronto against Seattle, they'll have to stop Russell Wilson. After sliding to the 3rd round in the draft due to his size at 5'11", Wilson is having quite the rookie season. Wilson is in the mix with the top passers in the league with the 7th overall passer rating. He's a big reason Seattle is in the playoff mix this year.
"Extremely impressed. He is a great leader, he is extremely smart and he is extremely productive. If you took away the size, he was right up there with the top quarterbacks," said Bills head coach Chan Gailey. "That is what everybody had a problem with. He had done it in college, but you always have that thing in the back of your mind. He has proved everybody wrong and proved himself right. He is an impressive player and an impressive person."
